Steem is Dead

I've come to the conclusion that Steem is dead. The price is only $0.16 and also at all time lows in price by Satoshi's. But, in addition to that, the community here seems stagnant. The same people still receiving all the major profits from their posts. The same, boring, content day in and day out. As a whole, I think the Steem experiment has failed and is currently in it's dying phase. These among several other reasons are why I have given up posting here and why I gave up trying to develop a game/DApp here as well. 

I may write a post in more detail just for the hell of it. But, these are my general thoughts on the issue.

And when Voice gets released it's really going to hurt steem. Dan developed it and he developed Steem so I'm thinking it's pretty safe to assume Voice will be a lot better. Plus it has hype around it and doesn't require all the BS to set up an account like Steem does. And BlockOne has a 4 billion dollar war chest while steem inc isn't doing so well on funding last time I checked. 

Like I said to @trevonjb, the only bright spot on Steem is dTube. I do like dTube and if they ever release their own coin I'll definitely purchase some. Right now I have money in the LBRY protocol as far as decentralized video/media goes as I think they're the best one out there as of now and it is its own entire protocol and blockchain. 

I'm just giving my opinion man. You don't have to get butthurt about it. If you like Steem and think it's going to succeed, then by all means go on and keep investing, posting, and helping to improve the project. I seeiously wish you and Steem the best of luck. I just don't feel that way and decided to get out after 2.5ish years here.
