I was hoping to be back out on the roads again this morning, but guess what.....

Southerlies and rain for breakfast. So it was back to the treadmill again. At least it is better than doing nothing (or running in the rain)

And I can see my fitness improving. Although this morning I was not a shining example of fleet footedness. 

The 10km this morning was a bit of a challenge. My ankles were not at all impressed. ;-)
