Ethiopia and Zambia compete for last place, on Earth! So much for sub Saharan Africa and the horn of the earth.  

These seem like hard fought calories to me. Ethiopia removed its natural, lion population; so hyenas flourish. If it's cool for you to hand feed the earth's largest dog with strips of camel meat hanging from your mouth, have at it? This is precarious living at best! 

Europe, Asia and the rest are left. But not a great outlook for the cradle of civilization. No western amenities: siding, suburban sprawl, Uber (traffic) and sometimes, no safe running water! Africa YAY. Here's to 2020 and potential change.
