First of all, I am sorry I haven't been posting so often, I just don't have topics to talk about.

But now we got an update to Steem-Engine which allows tokens to change the decimals only one way, and delegations.

What does it mean to change decimals only one way ?

For example if a token is changed from say 1 decimal point (Example: 2,3)
and it gets updated to have 2 decimal points (Example: 2,35) Then it can't be changed back to 1 decimal, but it can go further to 3,4,5 and so on.

And also now if you are unstaking your tokens you can see how many transactions you still have left for the token to fully unstake.

I think that the decimal update is huge, because now people have a great motivation to upvote posts, as palnet has 50/50 Rewards, so you get 50% of what your upvote is worth.

Obviously this is not ideal for authors, but I think it balances out, since we will have more people upvoting now.

Oh yeah, and right as I am writing this post, Decimal points arrived onto palnet, so we see straight from the site how much our payout is going to be.
For example I am taking my old post

The payout shows 0,54 PAL there, so if I divide it by 2
I get what my part of that is going to be.

So from that post I am getting 0,27 PAL and curators get 0,27 PAL.
