Foodie's diary #83 --- Let's try the Vietnamese cuisine . 吃货日记#83 ---一起尝尝芽庄正宗越式料理。

Hello Steemians 💛有时候去商场找饭吃，突然看到东南亚元素的餐厅，看见芭蕉叶，浮雕，木梁，藤，竹，看见第一反应就是泰国菜？进门看见芽庄，才意识到是越南餐馆，到底是东南亚的哪个国家，每次都是傻傻分不清阿。

后来做了做芽庄的功课，它位于越南中部沿海地区，是越南所有滨海城市里面，较为僻静的海边小城市。近几年，芽庄凭借它作为开发初期的城市，所具备的那种恬静内敛，渐渐受到很多外国游客的关注。

餐厅以绿色为主，绿叶还有越南斗笠，是这个餐厅的吉祥物，也是招牌装饰，灯饰上，柜子上，到处都是。斗笠是一种传统的越南草帽， 以成熟的竹子编成的宽大帽子，很有特色。斗笠其实是越南农夫的传统日常服装，对于生活在越南的人们来说非常实用，轻便，好用，而且遮阳挡雨。

还有翻开菜单，还是有些傻傻分不清，看到无数个咖喱鸡，咖喱虾，光是咖喱虾就两页，心里默念这不也是泰国的特色菜吗。

越南的冰咖啡，里面加了很浓的炼乳，喝起来苦里带甜，这是一杯搅匀了一杯没有搅拌，很不一样吧。当这个牛腩河粉上来的时候，我才从心底接受，这里确实是正宗的越式料理，挤上柠檬，带着很鲜美的酸味，河粉很软有弹性，基本一口气就能吃完。

怀旧时蔬清清淡淡，这个香茅串烧虾味道鲜嫩，还有特殊的越南甜辣酱蘸着吃，单吃和蘸酱吃又不一样的味道。后面这个虾卷就是正宗的越南春卷，作为开胃凉菜，吃了真清爽。

咖喱鸡，里面放了不少腰果，玉米，青椒作为搭配的时蔬，这点我很喜欢，健康很营养。

后面这个菠萝饭让我好惊讶，好像泰国也有，但是这份量大的惊人，饭已经多到倒放菠萝的程度了，感觉只能笑着吃完再回家哭着减肥了😅
