Peppermint raw vegan chocolate balls

I know these don't look the best but they tasted AMAZING.

I blended cacao powder, carob powder, nuts, seeds, goji berries, oats, dates, 5 drops of peppermint oil and nuts in a blender with coconut oil.

I then rolled them into balls and left them in the freezer to set. The peppermint oil made all the difference!
