### <center> Introduction</center>


Good morning friends, how are you today, I hope you are doing well? After our last contest ended, I am glad to bring you yet another contest which I titled "**Adulthood, Work - Life Balance**"

### <center> About the contest</center>

As a child, all I thought about was playing football and other games (indoors and outdoors) with my friends, but now, seldomly do I play football or any of those game nor have time to relax. This is because as a child, I had little/no responsibilities, but now,  I have responsibilities and goals which suppress my urge to play nor go relax once in a while.

### <center> What are you expected to do?</center>

From time immemorial, money have been a scarce commodity, and our quest to make money to live a more comfortable life have cost us the time we should have used to exccercize  nor relax our body the way it deserves. 
In this contest therefore, You are expected to tell us if you still make out time to play/relax as you should. If yes, kindly share with us how easy/difficult it have been making ends meet amidst your responsibilities as an adult.

Perhaps, if you don't have time to relax share with us why and what efforts you are making to create time to exccercize and relax because it's an essential.
