#### This is just a small sample of the CIA's standard operating procedure; destabilize, invade, assassinate,  fund paramilitary forces, fight proxy wars, disseminate propaganda, facilitate illegal production of narcotics and use profits to finance black ops, eliminate leaders who are opposed to US interests, etc.


#### Just in the last 48hrs, the new CIA director Mike Pompeo called Wikileaks a 'hostile non-state actor'. 


#### Hostile how? Like murdering millions in the South East Asia? Or tens of thousands in Nicaragua?
