Firstly, i need to say that i am a streamer. So, these kind of equipments are important for me. I'm looking for a good microphone but most of the microphones are expensive if the microphone has good features and also Blue - Yeti is not a cheap product like other good products. That's the only cons that i can see about Blue - Yeti. My streams would be better if a had this microphone. But, Blue - Yeti is more than a streamer microphone. It has four pattern modes and these modes are really useful.

1 - Cardioid Mode
It's perfect for podcast or game streaming, vocal performances. Cardioid mode records sound sources that are directly in front of the microphone.

2- Stereo Mode
Uses both the left and right channels to capture a wide, realistic sound.

3- Omnidirectional Mode
Picks up sound equally from all around the mic. It's perfect mode, when you want to capture the ambiance.

4- Bidirectional
Records from both the front and rear of the microphone. It's useful for interview.

As i said, it's more than a basic microphone with pattern modes. It's a perfect product and there is only cons that i can see. It's about price but i'm not sure about that because this microphone is a really good product and it may be worth $129.99.
