Ingredients
one large head cauliflower
two cups white mushrooms
one tablespoon olive oil
two tablespoons nutritional yeast
one teaspoon ground black pepper
one teaspoon garlic powder
one teaspoon dried minced onion
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Period: 10 minutes
Ready In: 20 minutes
Put cauliflower in a food processor and pulse till chopped into rice-shaped pieces.
Combine cauliflower, mushrooms, and olive oil in a skillet over high flame, cook and stir till mushrooms are soft, five to ten minutes. Combine nutritional yeast, black pepper, garlic powder, and minced onion into cauliflower mixture, cook and mix over low flame till heated through, five to ten minutes.
