반세오 오마카세 느낌의 길거리 노점입니다.

할머니를 중심으로 
둘러 앉아서
바로 바로 구워 주는 반세오를 먹습니다.

없어지면 할머니 께서
채워 주세요

여긴 야채 인심이 참 좋습니다.

사이공(호치민) 에서는
반세오가 아주 큰 사이즈로 나옵니다

다낭 지역은 작은 사이즈로 
라이스페이퍼로 쌈을 싸 먹는 스타일 입니다.

우선 
종이 위에
바나나와 망고 그리고 오이를 올립니다.

여기는 바나나도 파란거
망고도 파란거 먹어요

우린 노란거 먹는데~
아무래도
우리나라까지 넘어 오려면
자연스럽게 노랗게 될것 같아요

그리고
우리처럼 과일로 먹는게 아니라
채소 스타일로 먹는다는게 다릅니다.


다른 시장에서는 노란 망고찾기 힘든데
한시장(한국사람 전용) 에서는 노란망고만 팔죠

맛나는 소스에 찍어 먹으면 끝


아주 아주 바삭 하면서 맛있습니다.



가격은 얼마 인지 모르는데

그냥 길거리 음식 금액 대충 알기에
20,000동 드렸습니다.


한국돈으로는 1천원 이죠

한국에서는 1만원 넘게 받아도 될듯 합니다.


아주 작게 매장 만들어서
이렇게 운영 하면 손님들 줄 설듯 합니다.

이 할머니 한국 모시고 가서
무조건 베트남어로만 주문 받고 하면
대박 날듯합니다.

망고랑 바나나가 비싸니
다른 야채로 대체 해야 할듯 하네요 ㅎ
