Muy buenos dias a este blog @vidafitnessfeliz hoy quiero hablarle de un tema que muchos quizas se hayan preguntado cuando hacemos deporte ¿como lograr quemar la grasa en exceso de nuestro cuerpo? <center>![IMG_6814.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmdfqfJzYTUafabrcYP2dp9XEPDgxbAidfNc7tmNwxXh5J/IMG_6814.JPG)</center> Hacer deporte es una actividad que mas se consume energía ahora bien para lograr todo estos movimientos necesitamos de una energía que se llama ATP (adenosin trifosfato) esto hace que logremos romper este ATP para seguir consumiendo energía, nuestro cuerpo tiene acumular la grasa en exceso el hígado y nuestros musculo (piernas, brazos, glúteos, abdomen) entonces cuando nosotros entrenamos nuestro cuerpo necesita esa grasa para convertirlo en energía . <center>![IMG_6817.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmQo7XnG6qZeUcPG5D9e1t7xhj2AEWLFmJAoC4Paqvj7bz/IMG_6817.JPG)</center> Cuando estamos en reposo nuestro cuerpo usa 40 kg de ATP al dia y cuando hacemos deporte usamos 40 Kg ATP por minuto de practica. <center>![IMG_6806.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmQn4vQADwZ4X7s38Kj23o9QygbHZyd4iWJf4PyU466hhp/IMG_6806.JPG)</center> Como Romper el ATP(adenosin trifosfato) para seguir convirtiendo la grasa en energia, solo se requiere de hasta 45 segundos esto se hace de dos maneras: 1. Anaerobica (Sin oxigeno): Es donde nuestro tejido muscular usa con frecuencia este camino para obtener energía. lo puedes utilizar en esfuerzos intensos y de corta duración, **lo que permitirá a nuestro músculos generar movimiento durante los primero minutos de intensidad elevada.** Ejemplo: <center>![IMG_6821.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmbUVZMPLeFYcMhKhnPmGYXGTkgH9sF8ExJRRXrTihTLag/IMG_6821.JPG)</center> . Correr 200 metros planos con una carga de tiempo de hasta 45 segundos maximo esto lo usan los que juegan baloncesto o besibol tambien, etc. . Correr 400 metros planos en una de carga de 45 segundos a 1.5 minutos aqui los usan los que juegan tenis, futbol, etc. . Correr 800 metros planos, 400 metros de natación, boxeo, 1500 metros de carrera con carga de tiempo de 1.5 minutos a 30 minutos 2. Aerobica (Con Oxigeno): En este proceso se usa mayormente la glucosa de nuestro cuerpo por ello todas las moléculas esta en constantemente transferencia electrónica en energía produciendo ATP, por lo que la obtención de 36 ATP se crea por un simple molécula de glucosa, **esto nos permitirá hacer entrenamientos de gran intensidad y la duración.**Ejemplo correr 10 000 metros planos, Maratones y ciclismo, etc. con carga de tiempo mas de 30 minutos. Yo cuando entreno siempre uso las dos la aerobica y anaerobica para usar mas ATP(energia) lo que me permite quemar la grasa en exceso. <center>https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mSOOyyHyrkE</center> Tener en cuenta que el ATP(adenosin trifosfato) no reserva energia sino que la ultiliza de forma inmediata siendo su duracion de un minuto. <center>![IMG_6815.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmUN9vzkuSBqtso9oWbvxARRTfX6uji3pdb9kCBXPBSqNN/IMG_6815.JPG)</center> Eso ha sido todo por hoy esperando hay sido de ayuda para comprender mas de como nuestro cuerpo usa maravillosamente para obtener energía ya sea para correr, saltar, pensar y en definitiva para estar vivos. demostrando que nuestro cuerpo es un maquina perfecta por lo debemos crear hábitos saludables para cuidarlo.
