In of the recent developments surrounding cryptocurrency space, an Irish start-up **Bitcart** has announced the creation of a wristband **Festy** which will help in the facilitation of cryptocurrency transactions.

A lot of new initiatives are already in the pipe line to make cryptocurrency transactions mainstream. This is very important to attract more users and to scale up the cryptocurrency usability across the globe.

Bitcart has partnered with **Dash** to facilitate the cryptocurrency transactions using Festy. 

> “Our partnership with Dash makes the perfect payment solution for everyday transactions, unlike existing traditional bank payments that take a two to five percent fee, there is no cost on receiving Dash for merchants." - Bitcart CEO Graham de Barra

Overall the concept sounds interesting and one can only hope that all these initiatives are able to meet the growing expectations of the people. Also, it will make exchanging cryptocurrency for daily transactions more realistic and legit. I'm sure in the long run it will be a win-win situation for both the customers and the merchants.
