Çete Beyi Topal Osman - Bölüm 11
# Rumların Lale Sinema Baskını
Giresun'a yeni atanan Kaymakam Badi Nedim Bey, bölgedeki Rumların yeniden cesaretlenmesine neden olur. Çünkü aynı resmi yazıda Sadrazam Damat Ferit Paşa, Badi Nedim Bey'e Osman Ağa'nın tevkifi, yakalanamıyorsa ortadan kaldırılması talimatını da vermiştir. Bu haberlerle iyice taşkınlıklarını arttıran Rumlar, bir gün bugün de halen Lale Sineması adıyla kullanıma açık olan sinema salonuna  gelerek sinemadaki Türklerin feslerini yere atıp çiğnerler. Amaçları Türklüğe ve Türklere hakaret etmektir. Sinemadaki Türkler kendilerini dışarı zor atarak kurtulurlar fakat bu olay Topal Osman Ağa'nın kulağına gider.

Osman Ağa hemen Rumlara bir ders vermek ve meydanın boş olmadığını göstermek amacıyla 90 çeteci ile sinemanın etrafını sarar. Ancak sinemanın içine 3 arkadaşı ile beraber girer. Osman Ağa arkadaşları sinemaya girince içerideki Rumlar buz kesilir. Osman Ağa'nın arkadaşları kendilerini tutamaz ve içerideki Rumları sırayla tokatlamaya ve yumruklamaya başlarlar ancak Osman Ağa onları durdurur ve salondaki sükuneti sağlar. 
>'Oturun, biz sinema seyredip gideceğiz.'

der. İçeride çok durmayan Osman Ağa çıkarken sinema içinde havaya birkaç el ateş eder, böylece Rumlara istediği gözdağını vermiş olur.

# Kaymakam Badi Nedim Olayı

Rumların baskısıyla görevden alınan Giresun Kaymakamı Nizamettin Bey'in yerine atanan Badi Nedim Bey Rumları fazlasıyla memnun edip cesaretlendirmiştir. Bu cesaretlendirmenin bir meyvesi olarak 'Sinema Baskını' hadisesi yaşanır, ancak Osman Ağa'nın hamlesiyle Rumların hevesi kursağında kalır. 

Badi Nedim Bey'in Kaymakamlığa atanması Mustafa Kemal Paşa'yı da rahatsız eder. Aynı gün Heyet-i Temsiliye, Kaymakam Badi Bey'in istifa ettirilerek İstanbul'a iadesi yönünde karar alır. Karar kendisine tebliğ edilince, Mustafa Kemal Paşa'nın başını çektiği Milli Mücadele hareketine sadık kalacağını beyan eder. Ancak sonraki davranışları verdiği güvence ile çelişmektedir. Gündüzleri makamına uğramayan Kaymakam Bey, geceleri de Osman Ağa'ya düşman görünen ve iyi şöhreti olmayan kimselerle toplantılar yapar. Bu toplantıların birinde Ekşioğlu Mehmet Ağa isminde bir eşkıya ile Topal Osman'a suikast için anlaşır. Ancak Ekşioğlu Mehmet Topal Osman'ın arkadaşıdır ve planı Osman Ağa'ya anlatır.  

Topal Osman yağmurlu bir günde Kaymakam Badi Nedim Bey'in evine baskın yapar. Kaymakamı yatağından don gömlek kaldırarak apar topar Trabzon'a kadar götürüp teslim eder. Yapılan tahkikatlar sonucunda Kaymakam Badi Bey'in Osman Ağa'ya suikast düzenlemek için Giresun Rumlarından para aldığı, Osman Ağa'ya suikast düzenlemek için 2 kişiye toplam 8 bin lira vaat ettiği ve İstanbul Hükümeti'nin emriyle suikastı planladığı anlaşılır. Bu olaydan sonra da Kaymakam Badi Bey'in bölgede memuriyet yapacak yüzü kalmaz. Yazılan raporlarda Osman Ağa'nın Kaymakamı 'apar topar ve don gömlek' bir şekilde Trabzon'a götürmesinin sebebi olarak da ***Kaymakamın kendisini öldürtmek istemesinden*** açıklaması yapılır. Bunun sebebi ise Osman Ağa'nın devlet nezdinde itibarının korunmak istenmesidir.
