LEARNING FROM A DYING PLANT

I've walked pass this plant a thousand times within the past three years. Little did I know it would be my teacher today. 

These leaves are dying perhaps as defence mechanism to save the remaining water for the trunk and roots to survive harmattan. 

What we all see is a dying plant -right? Hard times, multiple failures, disappointments, loneliness and the list goes endless. 

Life is always teaching. The life one gets after dying is superior to a previous existence. 

Just like the plant, people won't benefit from you anymore in your dying days (times of difficulty).
You will be criticized, insulted and laughed at. Keep your cool, they don't know that seasons change. 

**The rains will come and we will tell our story on the 'green side of life'.**

Christ had to die that we may live. In the same vane the life of others depends on our willingness to die to self today (sacrificing you for others).

**Every hero once met their death, choosing to overcome is what made them heroes.**
