<p>Many fresh graduates enter the society and are particularly unaccustomed when they begin to work. because the pace of work is much faster than campus life. What's more, there are a lot of unexpected situations at work, and one never changes enough to beat changes. </p>
<p>I have had a short experience in the sales marketing, I have experienced such a sudden situation. On the 1st day of entry, the manager asked me to do product training for all the employees of a bank network on the 2nd day.</p>
<p>At that time I was engaged in the sale of fund products, although I passed the qualification exam, have a certain basic knowledge, but I still have a long way to go to do well in a professional product training.</p>
<p>I worry that I will be nervous, forget about the content, worry about my unprofessional. In short, I have more than 1000 of worry. So my first reaction was to refuse, but I didn’t say it out.</p>

<p>There is this kind of people, will always choose to escape. The reason they evade is that "there is not enough time to prepare", meaning that I should not do or can’t do well is unavoidable.</p>

<p>But I found out that there is another kind of people who are always in a position to cope with emergencies. Most of the time, they can do things well when the time is limited. Such people tend to be more likely to be favored by the leader and gain more opportunities for development.</p>
<p>Life tends not to give you too much time to prepare, but it often does not reduce the need for your work. The ability to "do things well", perhaps, is one of the main reason that determines the height of our life.</p>
<p>There is not enough time to prepare, but still need to finish to job in time, is this requirement reasonable?</p>
<p>First of all, I think it's not reasonable.</p>
<p>There are things in the world that have their basic laws, one which is: the better the time for preparation, the higher the probability of doing things well. From this point of view, not enough time, but also need to finish the job in time, affirmation is "unreasonable" requirements.</p>
<p>Second, contrary to most people's opinion, I think it is reasonable.</p>
<p>In fact, the sudden situation is most companies do not want to face. Avoid accidents as far as possible to ensure that the development of the situation within the scope of control is one of the main concern in the enterprise organization. </p>
<p>Another question that needs to be thought about is, those people who are always doing well when the time is limited, are their time really limited?</p>
