A different day and a different park, but still the same amount of fun. For the second day in a row, the skies above Wales held the rain at bay and we managed to make it out after school to try and tire him out.

Made it out (again) for the 25th consecutive time, my attempt to run/jog 5km everyday for the month of November is quickly coming to an end, and I'm glad of it to be honest. My legs are in bits and my motivation is falling off a cliff.... My #5430 challenge is finally breaking me.

It was still a solid day, and my heart will definitely thank me for this in a few years time. I still plan to finish this challenge and set myself a new target for December. I haven't decided what that distance will be yet, or even of it will time related but for the sake of my ever expanding waistline I need to keep doing something.

A solid 11500+ steps and the days over.
