Working while starting an anarchist collective...the things we do to create the world we believe in.  Same situation!

I am just trying to be more intentional with everything I do, be it focus or rest.  Far too often I try to focus and find my mind wandering because I am not in the moment enough (not so much these days but until recently) or similarly I will try to meditate or focus on some inner work and I keep remembering things i want to do.

I do a lot of great things on my phone.  Connecting to others, studying languages and learning about all kinds of things on youtube and Spotify.

Do you still use discord?  I would love to share some ideas about the collective.  Hope you can fit me into your schedule!
