I went into my week long vacation full of energy and rocked it for two days straight, that is until my back started cramping up. Then I spent the next five days rolling around, stretching but to no avail. Finally got a massage yesterday and I'm back in the game. Now that I've got a grip on life for the first time ever, my body condition is the only thing that can hold me back, so once I get a handle on that , I'm all good. Halfway through writing this i went to the gym and kicked my own ass! Just keeping at it. I want to make things work. I know almost anyone else would have given up already but i know i got this. Good things are coming
