【职场碎碎念】专业与工作完美结合

我的专业是草业科学，我的工作是负责招聘模块的HR，感谢拉仔 @davidke20 的提点，我居然将我的专业和我的工作完美结合了……😂😂😂

虽然网上有很多教你撰写“老板想要的年终总结”，但老板想要的细节你永远猜不到……😂 我家这位要把整个招聘体系塞到明年计划里……这还不是重点，重点是要包装……包装……装……😳

想了老半天都想不出怎么个包装法……后来问拉仔，也把拉仔难住了，因为他不会用中文来表达这个……😅后来艰难地告诉了我英文文化中通常用收获、种植来表达招聘……后来，我的招聘体系就成这样了……

>招聘工作就像草坪种植一样，从种植到成坪，众多种子在萌发、生长、成坪各个生长阶段中，都要经过优胜劣汰才能才能最终共同形成一片美丽景观，而我们的新员工入职后经过培训、实习、通过最终验收才能正式入班工作，为公司创造价值。
>在草坪的种植中我们需要在播种前翻土、选种，在生长期要通过施肥浇水为草坪提供充足养分，这一切的工序都是根据草坪的养护管理计划执行的，在执行的同时，也会通过草坪的景观成效去验证并改善养护方法；招聘工作亦如草坪种植一样，在前期我们通过各方招聘渠道去挖掘人才，综合测评去筛选人才，通过培训实习管理、入职离职管理来培育人才成长，这一切的工作都在于制度与流程的支撑，同时我们亦会通过定期数据的追踪分析进行招聘效果评估，据此改进我们各环节工作流程。

感觉自己从来都没这般机智过……看来潜力还真是被逼出来的……只是，种草有点奇怪啊……😅😅反正领导也只回了句“可以了，辛苦晒”……应该收货自己改了吧……至于最后是种啥，那就不得而知了……😂😂😂
