18 Under Par at Carleton Golf and Yacht Club. I'm heading to bed now, and i figured I will play a round of perfect golf as i hit the sheets. The point of lucid dreaming came up and i figured why not take a few easy swings as snooze effortlessly. Will follow up in the am with the specific notables on the round. You know, those moments where i really had to scramble for the bird...and the eagle to compensate for the lousy par that was carded.

i woke up surprisingly well rested and alert 2hours and 10 minutes after i went to sleep. Kinda makes sense that in moving so effortlessly through a perfect round of golf i'd play/sleep/rest half...or less than half of the time :) i through myself for a bit of a loop in my mind as i had thoughts of disbelief...like i should be not so rested...i should be more tired....why am i awake. 'should i try and go back to sleep in case i am tried later'. Interesting reflection into conditioned behavior....where a change so different is challenging to the layers of accepted perception and belief.
