First of all, the photo of the sunset of Cala Benirrás is mine and mine alone. I have the RAW file to prove it. The cover photo of the Azuline Hotels article is also mine, and comes from a scanned slide in my archive.

And now I explain why those photos are on that page. These images are sold to the official body that promotes tourism on the island of Ibiza, and then distributes them to hoteliers and associates to promote the island as a tourist destination. That way the hoteliers don't have to pay for the photos.

Nothing more and as simple as that.

When you accuse people of stealing or stealing photos, you should first go a little deeper to find out how the issue of tourist images works in places where we live off tourism. These same photographs can be found 
You can find them in various tour operators and travel agencies.

Far be it from me to commit fraud. I assure you, I have been in the profession for 35 years and I have tens of thousands of images in my archive, many of which are distributed by different agencies and image distribution entities. 

I feel terrible to be accused of plagiarism with such a weak argument and I would like to be repaired in some way for the damage to my reputation that has been inflicted on me. Before a public accusation, it would be good to contact the person first so that they can argue the case.

*Primero de todo, la foto de la puesta de sol de Cala Benirrás es mía y solo mía. Dispongo del archivo RAW para demostrarlo. La foto de portada del artículo de Hoteles Azuline, también es mía, y procede de una diapositiva escaneada que está en mi archivo.*

*Y ahora explico por qué esas fotos están en esa pagina. Esas imágenes están vendidas al organismo oficial que fomenta el turismo en la isla de Ibiza, y luego las distribuye entre los hoteleros y asociados para hacer promoción turística de la isla.* 

*Nada más y así de simple.*

*Cuando acusáis de palgio o robo de fotos, antes deberías profundizar un poco más para conocer cómo funciona el tema de las imágenes turísticas en los lugares que vivimos del turísmo. Estas mismas fotografías las 
puedes encontrar en varios touroperadores y agencias de viaje.*

*Nada más lejos de mi intención, cometer fraude. Os lo aseguro, llevo 35 años en la profesión y tengo decenas de miles de imágenes en mi archivo, estando muchas de ellas repartidas por diferentes agencias y entidades de distribución de imágenes.*

*Me sabe fatal que se me acuse de plagio con un argumento tan sumamente débil y me gustaría que de alguna manera se me reparara el daño de reputación que se me ha inflingido. Antes de una acusación en público, estaría bien contactar primero con la persona para que esta argumente el motivo.*
