Cristina's Reflection.

Every night when we get ready to go to sleep, my daughter Cristina asks me to read her a story but one day she asks me to listen to the story she dreamed the night before. # The glass house.
#
In a beautiful community there was a glass house where a young couple and their two young children lived.
Children were forbidden to do many things at home because everything was so delicate and fragile, they were not allowed to go to play because they could dirty the house and their parents were upset.
The whole community admired this house because it was very beautiful and tidy, the couple was happy to receive the compliments, but the children were very unhappy.
One day, the whole community woke up full of snow, and the glass house looked really beautiful.

Many approached and took pictures, it was a total event, many children played making snow angels and throwing snowballs, but children in the glass house were forbidden to play.
The exhausted children of so many negatives escaped to be able to play and not to find them they mounted in a nearby tree.
To the surprise of the parents and all the inhabitants, the sun came out and the tree where the children played magically became a sculpture of blue ice. Everyone realized that the most wonderful thing about that family was not their glass house, but their children who were full of magic. and the parents of the children understood that when the children were happy, great things happened.

## La Otra Humanidad

Después del descubrimiento de una nueva nave colonizadora, sumergida en medio del océano de aquel planeta en la Galaxia de Bernard, toda la flota asentada en Apolo fue movilizada a Casiopea, y establecida en el punto Lagrange L1 de Yone.

―Es prioridad enviar una fragata para establecer posiciones en la proximidad del planeta, creo que debemos rescatar la nave ―expuso el Almirante Nicolas Petersen, líder de la flota de Yone y a cargo de la coordinación de la exploración del planeta PGB-1, como fue denominado temporalmente, a falta de alguna forma de codificación conocida para nombrar planetas de otras galaxias.

―Concuerdo con usted, pero no es posible para nuestros cruceros atravesar ese puente, el conducto es muy estrecho, podría desestabilizarse y colapsar es necesario construir un nuevo puente ―explicó la doctora Beatriz Alfaro, catedrática de ingeniería espaciotemporal, en la academia de Casiopea, quién fue traída como consultora, junto al Maestro Rolando Werner, astro arqueólogo y biólogo, de la misma institución.

―¿Qué propone doctora?, porque es imperioso que traslademos unidades a ese mundo ―insistió Petersen.

―Creo que es conveniente que el puente se instale lejos de un planeta habitado ―intervino Werner ―es obvio que existe la presencia de alguna civilización que desconocemos y no creo que sea conveniente establecer un puente a una zona cercana a nuestras poblaciones, también es conveniente que este puente sea destruido, desconocemos cuál es su propósito.

―Concuerdo con el Maestro Werner, creo que sería conveniente enviar una nave liviana a instalar un puente que esté en el Lagrange L2 del planeta, también me parece prudente que el puente de entrada esté en el espacio entre el brazo de Orión y el Exterior ―explicó Alfaro.

―Bien, por lo que informó el almirante Tylor, los Inus quiere colaborar con la operación, están interesados en conocer el nuevo espacio sin explorar, más aun fuera de la galaxia― acordó el almirante Petersen

―Me parece apropiado. Además, su tecnología sería de gran valor para nosotros, tengo entendido que la flota Ícaro fue reacondicionada por ellos, usando un nuevo tipo de motor de impulso espaciotemporal. Para una de sus naves sería fácil llegar en pocos días a través de los puentes que ya se han instalado en espacio del brazo Exterior, al espacio de baja densidad estelar entre ambos brazos e instalar ahí la entrada del puente― explicó ―. Mientras una de nuestras naves ingresa desde aquí y fija la otra entrada en el espacio próximo al planeta.

―Estoy de acuerdo, hablaré con el parlamento para que lo autorice, y coordinaré la instalación del portal con el Almirante Tylor ―concluyó Petersen ―. Mientras tanto se enviarán dos pelotones a tomar posiciones al otro lado y una unidad de rescate para que recupere la nave colonizadora y la suba a la órbita del planeta.

Los operativos militares se instalaron en PGB-1 a poca distancia del puente, después de recorrer las estructuras abandonadas, que frente a él estaban, no encontraron nada de valor, sólo la extraña peculiaridad de que parecían estar acondicionadas para los humanos, por el nivel de degradación de los materiales, parecían tener unos diez a doce mil años abandonadas y parecían estar acondicionadas para albergar a un máximo de diez individuos.

Después de dos semanas de explorar el planeta, ROBERT reportó que aparte de las estructuras frente al puente y la plataforma de cristal sobre donde estaba la nave colonizadora, no había ningún otro punto de interés en el planeta, aparte de ser un mundo adecuado para su poblamiento.

La nave, cuyo nombre era Hiparión, fue rescatada y colocada en órbita alrededor de PGB-1, al ser explorada se encontró que toda su carga de embriones, tanto humanos, como de otras especies, había sido extraída, sin embargo, la colonia nunca había sido instalada, las nodrizas y todos los demás dispositivos encargados de educar y mantener a los colonos, se encontraban aun en la nave.

No lejos de PGB-1, en un sistema planetario formado por doce planetas, de los cuales cuatro estaban en la zona de habitabilidad de su estrella, una enana amarilla tipo G. Cinco mundos poblados con toda una variedad de especies nativas de la Tierra prosperaban. 

En uno de ellos, el octavo planeta más próximo a la estrella, en medio de una planicie formada por roca vitrificada, que cubría la mayor parte del él, similar a la que formaba el más grande de los continentes de Casiopea, sobre una peculiar meseta de forma circular, se levantaba una estructura formada por tres edificios de techo cónico, las únicas edificaciones en toda la planicie.

― Ud, ya los nuevos aprendices han abordado el vehículo―dijo un hombre robusto, ataviado con un holgado mameluco de color naranja, dirigiéndose a una especie de altar construido en cristal azulado.

Una esfera de luz verde se proyectó sobre el altar y una voz se escucho retumbar en las paredes del edificio.

―Agradecemos sus esfuerzos, sus descendientes serán adecuadamente educados ―una nave de forma hexagonal se elevó desde atrás de la meseta y salió despedida de forma vertical a una increíble velocidad, hasta perderse de vista ―sus favores serán retribuidos con prosperidad para sus pueblos, sus descendientes estarán de nuevo con ustedes después de tres ciclos planetarios.

La esfera desapareció y el hombre también lo hizo tras ella, su cuerpo se fue desvaneciendo como si se trasparentara hasta desaparecer por completo. Lejos de ahí, en medio de otro continente, un gran poblado formado por multitud de pequeñas viviendas redondas, con techos cónicos y dentro de una estructura mayor, ubicada exactamente en medio del poblado, reapareció el mismo hombre del mameluco naranja, a su derredor otros tres individuos vestidos de igual forma, le dieron la bienvenida.

―Saludos, Regente Sigfrido, hemos visto las señales de su regreso y vinimos a recibirlo, ¿el Ud acogió complacido a nuestros hijos? ―pregunto uno de los individuos.

―Sí, Regente Olbert, ha prometido prosperidad para nuestros hijos y nuestros pueblos.

Fuera del edificio, un alegre y colorido poblado bullía en actividad. Pequeños vehículos biplaza de tres ruedas se desplazaban de un lado a otro, niños jugaban en parques y calles, comerciantes promocionaban a toda voz sus productos en la entrada de sus negocios, artistas y acróbatas callejeros deleitaban a personas de todas las edades que se agrupaban a su alrededor a observarlos. Un poblado humano como cualquier otro, que difería por mucho de la humanidad de los descendientes de Perseo.

In one of them, the eighth planet closest to the star, in the middle of a plain formed by vitrified rock, which covered most of it, similar to the one that formed the largest of the continents of Cassiopeia, on a peculiar plateau of circular form, there was a structure formed by three buildings of conical roof, the only buildings in all the plain.
