Writing + Exercise to Reduce the Boredom of a Day/写作+运动,减少一天的枯燥
Today, everything is back on track. Every day, the content creation is completed at the prescribed time, and the day's sports are completed at the prescribed time. This will be a mechanized life, after all, so regular, but it feels good.

I am always looking for the direction of the future, sometimes I will always lose my direction, let the body keep healthy before finding the direction. Whatever the cost of physical revolution, it's better to keep exercising every day in order to move in that direction.

200 squats have become a fixed amount of exercise in life. I haven't tried to change it. It's hard to change it when my body is used to it.

I need to play sports, just like I need to drink water, which is the source of my life. When life is dull day by day, only through sports and content writing to enrich life.

Today's exercise volume somehow took time, not in a short time. Overall, it was a bit of a stretch. But overall it's good. After all, I'm in a different state every day, and the time I spend will naturally be different.

Heavy squat really good, worthy of being the king of strength, for the recovery of physical strength is very good. My 
choice is quite right. I chose such a sport that suits me very well, though my buttocks turned into buttocks.

What's the most important thing? The most important thing is that the body is still that good, more spiritual every day, this is the weight squat given to me. The most important thing is to insist on doing it every day and make exercise a necessity of life, so that it will be much easier.

今天一切回到正轨,每天在规定的时间完成内容创作,在规定的时间完成当天的体育运动。这会是机械化的生活,毕竟那么的规律,但却感觉很好。

我总在寻找未来的方向,有时候我总是会迷失方向,在找到方向之前还是让身体继续保持健康吧!无论如何身体革命的本钱,所以还是保持每天的运动为好,为了朝着那个方向走下去。

200下负重深蹲已经成了生活中固定的运动量了,我没有尝试过改变一下,当身体已经习惯这个状态的时候再去改变会很难。

我需要进行体育运动,就好像我需要喝水一样,这都是我的生命之源。当生活一天一天的枯燥的时候,也只有通过体育运动和内容写作来丰富一下生活了。

今天的运动量不知为何有点花时间,没有在短时间内搞定。总体来说进行的有点点吃力。不过总体还是好的,毕竟我每天的状态都不一样,所花的时间自然会显得不同。

负重深蹲真的好厉害,不愧是力量之王,对于身体力量的恢复效果非常的好。我的选择蛮对的,选择了这样一项非常适合自己的体育运动,虽然臀部变成了翘臀... ...

最重要的是什么呢?最重要的是身体还是那样的好,每天都比较有精神,这就是负重深蹲所给予我的。最关键的是得每天坚持进行,把运动作为生活的必需品,这样就会轻松很多。
