上周，大佬吴忌寒在清华经管数字金融资产研究中心成立大会上，发表《区块链发展带来的反思和启示》的演讲。他在演讲中提了一个观点。

>  比特币作为价值存储是个错误。 

对于吴大佬的第一个观点，我想很多人是不认同的，包括我这样的无名小辈，大家心里都了解，吴大佬的言论或多或少带有立场，因为他是BCH的支持者。

对我来说，我更认可比特币作为价值存储的作用。比特币跟黄金一样，具有稀缺性，这样的稀缺性让人们可能更多时候用来存储以抵御真正货币的贬值，而不是作为支付货币来使用。

“通缩的货币作为支付货币，会造成市场的严重惜币，从而退出市场。”之前看到有这样一条观点，我是认同的。

从比特币的各种极差的交易体验上来说，也是阻碍它成为支付货币的因素之一。

当然，随着比特币市值的不断增长，有幸发展到黄金的级别，那么那个时候比特币的体量足够大，波动性也足够小，价格会稳定下来。再加上比特币的可分割到最小的聪的单位，作为支付货币，在那个时候或许是有可能。

不过，那个时候，其最大的用处也还是价值存储。稳定的货币本身最大的作用也是价值存储，就像当下的美元。
