- Invest in self-love and self-acceptance. It offers the best returns.

- The more I trust in my inner heart intelligence, the less I depend on the outside world as a main source of information.

- It's not about making things happen by pushing, pushing, doing, doing. It's about ALIGNING WITH, RELAXING INTO and EMBODYING the person that those things naturally happen to... Therefore, focus on being and feeling into what it's like to be that kind of person, and the doing will take care of itself.

- Goodness tends to be quiet and subtle, drama and negativity tends to be loud - that's why we always hear more about the drama than the goodness. However, goodness, while quiet, is more powerful and present then we can imagine. And if you know this to be true, you will naturally draw more goodness into your daily experience.

- Procrastination doesn't exist whenever you move more into alignment with your true self, and your true work. This is because you find joy in the learning, doing and creating of it. It also becomes increasingly obvious that not doing the work is much more painful and stressful then actually doing it.
