# BENEFICIOS DEL TORONJIL: 

- El toronjil ayuda a combatir los problemas de nervios, por lo que se utiliza para tratar el estrés, ansiedad, nerviosismo, relaja el cuerpo.
- También ayuda a tratar los problemas de sudoración, gripe, tos, alergias y resfriados comunes.
- Puede ayudar a tratar la diarrea.
- Puede ayudar con enfermedades respiratorias, a tratar la gripe y la fiebre.
- Tomarlo tibio es lo mejor, como infusión y sin azúcar es lo mejor.

# INGREDIENTES:
- 6 naranjas, 1 manojo de toronjil.

>- 6 oranges, 1 bunch of lemon balm.

# PREPARACIÓN:

- Calentamos agua en un sartén.
- Deshojamos las hojas del toronjil.
- Las añadimos a un frasco, vaso o taza.
- Cortamos las naranjas por la mitad y exprimimos.
- Añadimos el agua caliente al frasco para la infusión.  
- Si queremos colamos. 
- Tomarlo a cualquier hora del día.
