Pan de Maíz (Taller Artesanal)

<div class="text-justify">Amigos de Steemit, buenas tardes y saludos para todos. Para este comienzo de semana, les tengo preparado el Pan de Maíz elaborado en el taller de emprendimiento. Espero les guste; aquí les muestro la forma, procedimiento y elaboración final, para que lo puedan realizar en sus hogares.</div><br/>

# INGREDIENTES:

- 650 grs de Harina de Trigo (Todo Uso)
- 225 grs de Harina de Maíz
- 200 grs de Maíz Fresco Molido
- 220 mililitros de agua tibia
- 200 mililitros de agua natural
- 1 Cucharada de Levadura
- 1 Cucharada de Azucar
- 200 grs de Mantequilla
- 1 Cucharada de Sal
- 2 Huevos
- 1 Cucharada de Miel o Melaza.

# ELABORACIÓN:

<div class="text-justify">Pesar y medir todos los ingredientes secos y mezclarlos en un tazón, agregar 220 mililitros de agua tibia con la cucharada de azúcar y la cucharada de levadura, dejar fermentar por 30 minutos. Luego agregar la miel o melaza.</div><br/>

<div class="text-justify">Transcurridos los 30 minutos, se le agrega esta mezcla a las harinas y mezclar bien, se le va añadiendo el resto de los ingredientes, lentamente se van mezclando y por último se le añade la sal.</div><br/>

<div class="text-justify">Deje reposar la masa por lo menos 1 hora, pasada la hora amase y haga los panes redondos; se dejan reposar 30 minutos más, luego se barnizan con huevo y azúcar y se hornean por 30 minutos y listo.</div><br/>
