My Actifit Report Card: November 24 2021

Guten Abend Steemians, HivePeople und Actifitter,

Heute war ja mal verdammt vie los. Hive hat mit $ 1,58 ein neues Hoch erreicht und ich habe den schönen Preisanstieg genutzt und mir einen Djin Oshannus und noch ein paar andere Karten gekauft. Nachdem ich jetzt 3 Djin Biljka in den Reward-Kisten gezogen habe, habe ich mir dann halt den anderen Legendären auf dem Markt besorgt.

Und dann war heute noch einmal wieder Zeit für Crossfit.

Das heutige Workout bestand aus:

- 120 Squats (Kniebeugen)
- 50 Sit-Ups
- 90 Squats (Kniebeugen)
- 40 Sit-Ups
- 60 Squats (Kniebeugen)
- 30 Sit-Ups

Vorgabe waren 15 Minuten. Gebraucht habe ich genau 18 Minuten und 40 Sekunden. 
Danach fühlen sich die Beine an wie Pudding und aufgrund der Sit-Ups versucht man, sich nicht zu übergeben.

Aber, das Gefühl, das Workout geschafft zu haben,........unbezahlbar.

There was a hell of a lot going on today. Hive has reached a new high with $ 1,58 and I used the nice price increase and bought a Djin Oshannus and some other cards. Now that I have drawn 3 Djin Biljka in the reward boxes, I just got the other Legendary on the market.

And then today was once again time for Crossfit.

Today's workout consisted of:

- 120 Squats
- 50 sit-ups
- 90 Squats
- 40 sit-ups
- 60 Squats
- 30 Sit-Ups

The target was 15 minutes. I used exactly 18 minutes and 40 seconds. 
Afterwards the legs feel like pudding and because of the sit-ups you try not to throw up.

But, the feeling of having done the workout,........is priceless.
