Because Youth Club is the only community that is very different and unique. Youth Club empowers youth, organizers and youth communities around the world. No matter whether they are male or female, the Youth Club is a very inspirational page for them.

We have officially released via post introduction about how this community will develop and progress. We are committed to making this community even more thriving and our target is three months in the early stages. Therefore your support will be very useful for the Youth Club community.

We invite all users, especially those who have more STEEM POWER to take part in this highly profitable project. This project will mutually benefit the community members and the delegates. Youth Club values all users and offers to mutually benefit.

A fairly easy way to support this community is by delegating your STEEM POWER to the @youthclub account. By delegating STEEM POWER, you will never lose your STEEM POWER and it remains yours. Even the STEEM POWER that you delegate will increase every time according to the proportion of Shares (MV).

We offer mutually beneficial cooperation to all users. The only way to participate is by delegating your STEEM POWER in any amount without any limitations. You support @youthclub account resources to vote for eligible users to get our vote.

The priority is to only vote for users who meet the Youth Club community rules. STEEM POWER will be used wisely and stay targeted. STEEM POWER will not be used for personal enrichment of the team and team members.

STEEM POWER is a priority shared property to support Youth Club Community members. By becoming a Delegator, you will get two benefits at once. This is a very easy and simple form of support.

## What are the advantages and benefits of becoming a delegator ?

The Youth Club offers a mutually beneficial form of cooperation to achieve community welfare. There are two advantages that you will get, namely:

### 1. Upvote manually every week for your posts
- The upvote percentage really depends on the quality of your post
- In a certain time maybe you will get a high vote or vice versa
- Posts must meet general quality standards (at least 300 words and original)
- The upvote percentage will be adjusted according to the voting power level at that time

### 2. Get Rewards (Delegator Rewards)
- The reward given is in the form of STEEM
- Rewards will be given in the second month after you delegate STEEM POWER and so on in the following month
- The total rewards distributed to the delegates are in accordance with the total curation rewards obtained in that month
- Reward percentage given to delegates minus the amount of STEEM POWER from @youthclub account
- Delegator Reward percentage is adjusted to the total STEEM POWER delegated

### Example:
- The total STEEM POWER of the delegator is = 3000 SP
- Total STEEM POWER from @youthclub account is = 2000 SP
- Total STEEM POWER : Delegators + @youthclub is = 5000 SP
- Total CURATION REWARD earned in August is 75 STEEM POWER
- Then the Curation Rewards that will be distributed to the delegators are: Percentage (%) = (number of parts) / (total amount) X 100%
- Total Steem Power from Delegator = 3000 SP / 5000 SP x 100% = 60%
- 60% of the total Curation Reward will be distributed to Delegators = 75 (Total Curation Reward) x 60 (Curation Reward Percentage For Delegators) / 100% = 45 STEEM
- So, 45 STEEM of the total Curation Reward will be distributed to the Delegators
- The total Delegator Rewards for each delegate will be distributed according to the total delegated STEEM POWER
- The calculation and analysis of the STEEM distribution for the Delegator is the same as in the example above

### Notes:
All Rewards earned from the @youthclub account will be used to increase resources (SP) and pay delegators (Delegators Rewards). This account is fully managed by our team and will be used wisely. We plan to reach 1000 STEEM POWER by this month and will increase with power up activities.
