Today I will post a recipe that is based "fish cucut".

But before that, it's good if we know a little information about this fish.
The fish has a Latin name; <b>Rhizoprionodon acutus</b> and belong to <b>elasmobranchii</b> or cartilage fish species. This fish has the characteristics:
- Have cartilage and do not have body organ in the form of gill cover.
- The shape is flat and fleshy thick.
- Fish has a gill slit that is on both sides of the head and is located behind the eyes.
- These fish also belong to the class of predators
- In general the habitat of this fish to the waters near the coast until the deep ocean trench.
- The fish has a mouth that is located on the front end at the bottom, and some parts of the tooth that can be replaced.
- This fish has a mouth shape that resembles a sword with a pointy tip.

Because the shape of the mouth of this fish is what makes me at first hesitate to consume fish cucut. But luckily my neighbor explains that this fish is very good to eat, because it has a thick meat and a little bone. My neighbor also explained that this fish can dikreasikan with various types of spices and cuisine. But also after I try to find information on the internet, fish have a nutrient content that is good for our bodies, nutrient content that among others; Water content Meat Fish 73.6 grams, Fish Meat Protein 21.7 grams, and 1.2 gr of Minerals Meat Fish Fish.
 And after I try to cook this fish, it turns out right, this fish is very tasty, very tasty and no fishy smell.
Well, here's a recipe for the fish I've been practicing.

<b>Ingredients :</b>
- ½ kg of cleaned fish (this fish I cut into 2 parts, because I think is too long)

- 3 cm ginger

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar (if liked a little sweet taste)

- 65 ml thick coconut milk (I use instant coconut milk)

- ½ liter of water
-  Oil for frying and sauteing

<b>How to make :</b>
- Fry the fish until cooked and turn color to golden and slightly crisp, lift and drain.

- Puree; Onion, garlic, turmeric, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, coriander, hazelnut, chili.

- Sauté the spices that have been smoothed until fragrant
- Enter the thick coconut milk, then water, mix well
- After boiling, add salt and powdered broth, sugar (if like), stir back. If too dilute, cook the soup until slightly thickened.
- Then enter the fried fish that has been fried into the sauce
- Before the stove burns off, put onion slices, stir, and turn off the stove.
