There are pints in our life where,weare afraid to burst out what we feel or what we're going through. We think that we are not ready , or you don't want somebody to be affected by you or you are worried on what reaction you'll get. But that's normal and very true, especially when it comes to personal matters , like about yourself , family ,relationship and all other private things you consider .Sometimes it's easier just to be silent and just keep things in yourself. 


But then again , is it really okayto just keep it a secret? without telling it to anybody to ask for advices or suggestions?  What we may not know is that , if we kepp our negative meotions in us , it may convert to bad physical things like , we may not have appetite to eat, we feel pain in our muscles , feeling lazy or even not so good sleep. It is also possible that if you won't let it out , there might come a time that you will just see yourself full of emotions and can't control your attitude anymore 

On the other hand , if you will not be afraid to open up and speak up about how you feel , you are giving yourself to be free and be who you are . Letting out the jealousy, anger , pain ,,frustrations , disappointments. As Dr.Barton Goldsmith (a psychotherapist) says When you open your mouth, you are also opening your heart, and knowing that someone truly hears what you are feeling and understands you is soothing to your soul. We may have different battlea in life. But do always remember ,that you are not alone . There are a lot of people and loved ones around you whom i know will always be there for you. So just be confident , be free , don't be afraid . It's Okay to Open up.
