家常菜:马上春花

家常菜:马上春花

今天晚餐把弟弟买的马肉给制作了，也是第一次用白卤的方式。

制作流程如下:

第一步把马肉用冷水冲洗干净

第二步凉水入锅焯水去除血沫杂物用凉水清洗

第三步锅内入足够盖过马肉分量的水，放入桂皮、洋葱、生姜、适量盐巴、18粒花椒、82年的白酒5克，放入马肉卤45分钟停火，过1小时后开小火再卤5分钟

我亲自吃了，没有腥味，爽歪歪！
