Tiramisu.An italian delicious summer sweet!!!

Tiramisu means in italian "pick me up" from the italian worlds tira misu!
If you love summer, I am sure that you will like tiramisu.But if you also are a coffe lover like me, you will fall in love with this amazing sweet.
Below I will show you some photos of the tiramisu I made today!!
for the cream I used mascarpone cheese, eggs, confectionery sugar and an italian wine called marsala. for base and layers between cream I used ladyfingers (cookies) drenched in espresso coffe..on the top I used cocoa powder!!

Stimulant and restorative tiramisu is very tasty but is not for feeling full. If you make the mistake to eat the whole tray you will deny for your vorasity cause you will remain sleepless all night.It lifts you up indeed!!

It always looks so delicious, until I remember that it holds coffee, which I can't stand the taste or even smell of. I try to use different tastes sometimes, like strawberry :D
