All small alts can be p&d ... nobody can prevent that.
A lot of small alt will rocket to the sky this year and maybe next year, when cryptos will be massively accepted and btc will reach the 100k$+ range (can be more like 500k$+), a lot of these alt will crash, just because others projects (with more money involved) will take their place, but some will continue to rise because the project is good (maybe rebought by big companies or just good as it is).  
Alt are what startup were to the internet bubble, but until cryptos are massively accepted they just will rise (alternating in phase or in counter phase of btc, globally rising) because if there is a project they are undervalued and btc will rise a lot (because of WS/HF) before being massively adopted.
