I'm not sure where he is from but in the USA the Security Exchange Commission has deemed crypto currency investments like stocks. Soo he could face prosecution for fraudulently upvoting his posts via another account. Possibly in his own country too. It does seem fishy how the value of his account is so high. I mean he isn't forward. Upvoting your own posts is a gray area to me but from another account is not cool.
