#### Steemit x Tron Partnership
It only makes sense we start today's weekly post with the latest breaking news that has taken Steem & Tron communities by storm, and the reactions which have been ranging between excitement and FUD.

The rumor has been floating around for months now, and finally it has been officially announced yesterday, whereby Justin Sun [tweeted](https://twitter.com/justinsuntron/status/1228350189129191424)

Following, Ned Scott, Ex-CEO & chairman of Steemit, [tweeted](https://twitter.com/realNedScott/status/1228364811622322178) that Steemit has been sold to Justin Sun

Rumor has been talking about an acquisition, while the news and the announcement are focusing on a partnership, which apparently involves a move of Steemit (& other Steem dapps) from Steem blockchain over to the Tron blockchain, and the creation of a new STEEM token, including a token swap and an airdrop to TRX holders, which was hinted to earlier as a valentine's day gift.

An official Justin Sun account has just been created today on Steem, @justinsunsteemit, and has made an [official announcement](https://steemit.com/steem/@justinsunsteemit/excited-about-tron-and-steem-steemit-collaboration) about the partnership as well.

So what do we, as Actifit, think about this move?
As a top 20 witness, and a dapp that has been around Steem for a long time with an amazing user base, and although there is a lot of FUD around the news - as the news are missing lots of clarity and details, we are leaning more towards the potential of this news having a major positive effect, depending how this plays out.

We have been looking positively in the past and anticipating a partnership between Steem and Tron. Tron as a project has had huge growth, development, marketing and funding, is nearly a top 10 player, is competing with Ethereum/EOS as a dapp placeholder, and has made major acquisitions and partnerships in the past which it's eagerly growing further and promoting them as part of the Tron network (BTT, Poloniex, Dlive, ...)

Those factors could fill in missing gaps which have been limiting the growth on Steem.
There are tons of questions which we have no answers to, particularly on the technical side of things and the future of Steem as a blockchain, but again as our commitment to our Steem & Actifit community is to continue our path to growth, and support any action that helps our whole ecosystem thrive.

Generally speaking, we do not foresee any negative effects on STEEM, AFIT, & AFITX tokens, nor on Actifit as a dapp, on the contrary this could reflect very positively. Again the details & the technicalities will become clearer as we go along.

## Some tips for writing a good Actifit report.

Writing a nice and beautiful Actifit report is not a daunting task. Talking about your daily activity in a presentable manner can get you to the top list. 

Try to make your report readable and understandable. 
The arrangement of the images also makes the content look attractive. Goes without saying, target using original high-quality images that you own. Using images from other sources is not advisable unless properly attributed and care is taken not to abuse any copyrights.
