<p>I felt quite some stiffness today after the 500 push ups yesterday but did not use it as an excuse not to go on the planned moring run. I made the cover pictures of these posts in advance and always try to have them related somehow to what I did that day and it seems to be one of those things that help. I plan to go swimming on tuesday and will try this method to make sure I actually do it. This was the last day of betting before the international break and will start making some actual plans to do stuff and get more social tomorrow.</p>

Another day and another Actifit goal reached! I extended my regular morning run distance a bit and took a walk to clear my head inbetween matches to make sure I get above 10000 steps. The upvotes right now really motivate and highly help my account grow a bit faster.
