I think dollar cost averaging by buying some Steem on a regular basis is a good plan! Since Steem is inflationary, it tends to go down over time, all other things being equal. Plus Steemit Incorporated has been steadily selling Steem. So then yes, it's possible to go lower. It could go down to 10 or 15 cents. But I'm not too sure if it will go down that low, because I think that there is a lot of development among people who don't work for steemit Incorporated, and that will add decentralized value to the blockchain. I'm thinking of @actifit, @steemmonsters, @partiko and many other projects. We'll just have to wait and see what happens!
