We hadn't started moving yet, otherwise it would have meant we got the house XD We were just in the middle of doing all the stuff required and yeh it was pretty irritating getting reset. I'm seriously so done with house hunting (we've been looking for a year and a half now). If a developer buys our house (highly likely) then we'll ask if we can rent it back off them for a while til we find another house. They will probably say yes as it will be easier than trying to find a tenant or leaving the house empty while they're getting development permits.
