I've once worked in an HMO in my country, Nigeria,and I can beat my chest to testify of its importance to every individual. 
But the most beautiful aspect of it is that it goes a long way to educate and enlighten various individuals in different local government in my country on health matters and that has really prooved helpful to a large extent.
