Painfully so, at times. However, the time has given me a chance to think and I am happy to share where I have landed...

I learned first hand, that whenever we combine thoughts with emotion, the universe has already responded and stepped up to the plate of creation, on our behalf.

> Where ever you allow your thoughts to go, will set the frequency of what you bring to yourself, if you’re a match to it vibrationally.

If you loop on the fear, the destruction, the paranoia, the pain that’s what comes, 10 fold back to you.

It’s part of our survival mechanism to approach from a place of negativity, first. So, because you can’t wake another person (if it’s not part of their reality construct, they simply won’t be able to grasp concepts or understand) and therefore will tune you right out and (in some cases) right off.

Totally is a frequency of tuning in or out depending on principals of co-resonance.

Choose your thoughts wisely and your journey won’t be as bumpy.
Best course of action (imho):
let go of old shit so you can heal the emotional distortions that you’ve acquired in life (from other well-meaning human beings) who tried to mold and make you be different (so you’d integrate into society easier) than that free loving, spirit you were when you decided to take a physical body again, 50+/- years ago.
Get back to the essence of who **You** really are.

If enough of us do this, we can raise the collective consciousness of the plant and evolve as a species.

If we don’t do this, the petrie dish will be wiped clean (again) and another version of the game of life will start, once more.

Asteroids , pole shifts, solar flares, earthquakes, volcanoes...how many times in history do you think the big etch-a-sketch has gotten re-set?

My guess: lots.
