I believe body modifications are okay if you're doing it to build a better "you," but if you're just doing it to emulate someone else, then you'll never be happy with the results and always seek out something more. This actually reminds me of a segment I saw once about a guy who had muscular implants to look like he worked out. As time went on and his arms changed size, they just started to look awful and disproportionate.
