because she is stupid. Same applies to other people trying to achieve similar extreme body transformations. Oh my...he looks terrible. Even if I had all the money in the world I would NOT do this to myself. He looked so much better before he had all his surgery. We live in a very sad world. People think that they need to look a certain way instead of working on themselves to start to try and be a better person.

20-30 years ago this guy would be closed in a mental facility and get proper care. Now his transformation is encouraged & celebrated in the media while viewers laugh at him. Without proper care, he will probably end seriously malformed and kill himself (either by suicide or by having too many surgeries) in a matter of years or something. It's not him to blame, it's the society.
