I'm enjoying these and I am drawing with digitial ink and then using fill in sections that I know I want black and then go back in with the eraser tool like a pencil and subtract that way. Drawing digitally is so normal now that I always have a few layers going. I still draw on actual paper as well, but will sometimes forget and think, "Oh, wait, this is just one layer in real like, it's not so easy to subtract here" But, I like going back and forth between the two because it gives my senses a challenge and I think makes my line more interesting to me.

Hahah I had that same problem when I was drawing digitally for the majority of my drawings! And trying to use the "quick keys" like undo, in my head. Hahah. Or trying to erase with the stylus... That was always funny to me. I was thinking, man, I haven't really looked into it, because I came to steemit under "homesteading" and haven't left that yet, but I bet the art scene is pretty great here. Do I want to delve into that multi tabbed rabbit hole?? I think I will have to mentally prepare myself! Haha.

Are we meant to stick to one genre? IF so, I am breaking the rules because I dip my toe into "homesteading" maybe once or twice a week. And I was going to post about my seedlings and another chickgrowth/monty love post tomorrow, so why not post art and homesteading? Go for it gurl!

Hahah there's no rules! I just haven't stepped out - because it's my life right now. I haven't drawn a thing in maybe over a year! Maybe a mandala or two, and my logo. A doodle here and there... Hahaha.
