Oh, it's so cool that you do readings! I'm trying to get back into it but it is a bit hard and it drains me a bit when I do it. Does it get easier with time or do you often feel drained when you focus on drawing the cards that feel "right?". Not sure how else to explain it.

Thank you! I read them and will try out the ground and center exercise. My other issue is that I do not have a proper place to do my readings, I used to do them out on the balcony during the summer but that is a bit impossible to do now with the snow and the cold. I guess I could start to use my bedroom but that feels a bit "disrespectful" in some ways.

I had a similar issue when I went from being single, to being a wife and mother (aka, no personal space). While now I feel comfortable doing my readings most anywhere, my solution in the interim was to pick a special cloth (a large rainbow silk square that hubby bought me) and spread it out on the bed whenever I wanted to read. That way it was special, sacred space, even if it was surrounded on all sides by chaos. 😃
