lol, I've often found a lot of the lager's slightly bitter, but I can see your point. What country is that beer from? RU? You know what would be cool, a weekly series where you do like the wine guru's and pair a beer with some suggested meals. You are right about the beers and food pairings. This beer is from Bulgaria, but actually it's not brewed in Bulgaria, but in the Netherlands I think. There is a trend that some Bulgarian craft brewers make their batches in bigger European countries and after that import their products in Bulgaria.
