It's not too late. I am earning with BTS even if the price doesn't go a lot higher (I think it will, though). It is impossible to tell how crypto will be priced in the future. The best thing is to do your research and make informed purchases. The Market Pegged Assets feature of Bitshares is one of the reasons that I think it will do really well in both the short term and longer term (over a year out).
