It's interesting tat they say there is little to no evidence. I wonder if this is because using bitcoin in this easy to hide (or hard to trace if handled correctly) , or if it actually not used much for this purpose. I suppose like any other use case for bitcoin it is still a small proportion relative to cash and other assets.
