Securing coins is one of the challenges newer people have. It is a difficult concept to understand. Most equate buying coins to stock...you go through an exchange, it is there, and it is safe. Stock isnt taken from an exchange and if it is, it is returned. Coins are a different matter entirely since there is no ownership trail. The key = ownership. Hack that, and you own the wallet.
